With uninterrupted views over Oneroa Bay this is is a very special place for an idyllic family summer. Beautifully presented with everything needed for a relaxing break. There are three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and an outdoor shower area for rinsing off after your swim.
The two outdoor living areas ensure al fresco dining in any weather, the area facing the beach enjoys panoramic views across the bay, and the private courtyard at the rear of the property is like a secret garden. Central heating ensures a pleasant stay at all times of the year.
Wake each morning to the sound of waves just meters away, relax on the deck while watching the kids swim or take a short stroll into the village to explore the many shops, galleries and cafes.
Located just a short walk away from the Oneroa Village Beach Parade is central to everything including the Matiatia ferry and many of Waiheke’s award winning vineyards and restaurants.

Minimum stay:
• 7 nights from mid December to mid January
• 4 nights over Easter
• 3 nights all holiday weekends
• 2 nights at all other times
Special Conditions: This property is not available for any parties, gatherings or functions unless prior arrangement and extra payment is made.
$2000 bond taken on day of arrival and deposited back to guest day after inspection. Strictly no parties or gatherings, ie; no more than twice the amount of guests staying in the house.
