All stays incur a one time linen and exit cleaning cost of $150 so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy.
Minimum stay:
• 7 nights from mid December to mid January
• 4 nights over Easter
• 3 nights all holiday weekends
• 2 nights at all other times
Special Conditions: This property is not available for any parties, gatherings or functions unless prior arrangement and extra payment is made.
$1000 bond taken on day of arrival and deposited back to guest day after inspection. Strictly no parties or gatherings, ie; no more than twice the amount of guests staying in the house.
